LE CLOS LUCIE

Inspired of the British city-garden, the Clos Lucie’s six villas are arranged around a vegetal hub. Just as an urban island, spaces are organized in a very specific way. A ring road allows access to living spaces, then to the most intimate spaces such as the yards.

Each villa was conceived according to its orientation, its position and the land it was built on. However, they are all built with a wood frame and equipped with solar panels allowing low consumption of energy.

The goal was to create an architecture respecting the environment by using natural materials.
